Activity
The objective of this project was to contact a known database and complete a survey in the electronics sector, collect information to increase depth of database and renew existing subscriptions to an electronics publication.
If the original contact had left the company one of the objectives was to record detail of the new contact who had replaced the original subscriber and renew the magazine subscription with them. after completing the survey.
Results
The original database to be contacted numbered 5,000. We completed
and renewed 4,400.These figures were audited by the publisher
and ASA were paid per completed survey. As a result of the unusually
high retention achieved during this survey, other projects,
which were connected to the original project were awarded to
ASA Telemarketing.
